The service is excellent from any minor work to major work, and the work that is done is very complete and thought.  I have had some serious problems that have come up such as brakes & tires, and Butch was able to get my car in to work on the problem and get fixed very quickly before anything happened.  He will try his best to fit you in when certain circumstances arise.  Butch has found problems with my car that I was not aware of and he has tell me and the work then get done or we schedule another time to have it done.  I purchased a used car and had for about 13 years. Butch stand behind all his work he does. Most of my family & relatives also bring their cars here too. I would recommend him to anybody.

I started going to (Butch’s Main Street) approx. 3 years ago.  He was recommended to me by friend as I tired of going to garages that would tell me something needed to be fixed and then charge a price that would break the bank.  When I go out to get into my car, I am assured it is going to start and get me home.

So when I tried Butch’s out I give him an open agreement to just go ahead and fix or replace anything he felt necessary.  He has NEVER betrayed that trust.  He is the only one of the few left that does an honest day work for an honest wage. He is my mechanic for life.

Just try him once and you’ll see what I mean.

Located on Main Street, in Branford is walking distance from my house which makes it convenient for me.  Butch has even pick up and delivered my car on his way home, especially when I was recovering from knee surgery which was very kind and thoughtful.

Butch’s motto is “if it’s not broken leave it alone” another words he doesn’t fix something just to take your money.  If I have a problem he tells me over the phone what to do or I can stop by and he’ll take a look at it and takes it from there.   He’s always been courteous and patient; certainly resolve the problem he can usually recommend someone, even body work.

I can’t say enough about Butches talent professionalism, and personality.  You couldn’t find a more trust worthy person than Butch and the way he runs his business.
